• How to easily overcome the “I don’t need this” and “I can’t justify the cost” sales objections.
• How to position yourself as a true specialist and avoid competing on price like everyone else

Please join us on 10/19 at 11:00am ET. Register here.

On November 16, at 2:00pm ET, Apparent Networks will partner with MSPexcellence to present The Five Steps to Pricing Your Managed Services for Optimal Value with MSP Sales & Marketing expert Todd Hussey. Get this on your calendar today!

We hope you will join us for one or all of the webinars in the series – we look forward to some good discussions and your feedback!

In the past year Apparent Networks has expanded its Powered By PathView partnership program around the world with more than three dozen new partners signed on since February, 2010. During the past year, Apparent Networks has also been continually improving the capabilities of PathView Network Management Solutions which now provide custom-branded services for MSPs, expanded capabilities for VoIP assessments and support for the PathView microAppliance, a zero-administration devices that can be used as the source or target of PathView tests for remote network management.

Thank you Lead411 for recognizing the hard work of Apparent Networks and the other winning Boston companies.

Apparent Networks recently announced the addition of Amtel Communications, the New Zealand provider of Interactive Intelligence’s unified IP business communications services, to the Powered by PathView partner program.

As a new partner, Amtel will utilize PathView solutions to enhance the delivery of pre-deployment network readiness assessment services to reduce rollout risks and post-deployment support costs of voice over IP (VoIP), video, document management and unified communications (UC) installations.

PathView enables Amtel to offer continuous network performance and application response time monitoring services to more than 700 customers. Amtel and its customer will also benefit from the new capability to quickly troubleshoot internal and external networks using PathView’s hop-by-hop network diagnostics.

Last week Apparent Networks announced its most recent Powered by PathView partnership with Intrench Technologies. Intrench specializes in network security and technology integration, and is now leveraging Apparent Networks’ PathView solutions to provide new services to determine customers’ network readiness for deploying voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.

With the increasing demand for high-quality VoIP services, it is important that service providers have tools that understand whether the network can handle additional VoIP traffic prior to rolling out VoIP systems and also how to troubleshoot issues that arise post-deployment.  Lee Noriega, CEO of Intrench said, “PathView will not only provide a value added service to our customers, but will also expedite the time for network problem resolution. PathView provides Intrench with a more effective solution than traditional tools and software for diagnosing network issues.” The right tools enable service providers to offer cost-effective solutions that fix problems quickly.

Just a few short weeks after the launch of the Powered by PathView partner program, Apparent Networks is excited to announce two of its newest managed services partners: LinkStatus and Tier3 Technologies.

LinkStatus, the most recent Powered by PathView partner, extends the program across the pond to the U.K. where LinkStatus provides services for managing network and application performance over WAN and the Internet. LinkStatus has already seen the measureable benefits of PathView Cloud such as increased revenue streams and an enhanced services portfolio.

LinksStatus’ worldwide customers are also realizing the advantages of PathView Cloud’s capabilities for improved network performance. As Application Delivery Manager at LinkStatus Cliff Chapman described in a recent case study, PathView gave him the capability to “understand the degree to which network infrastructure issues are contributing to poor application performance” which proved to have critical value for his customers.

Similarly, Tier3 Technologies has been able to bring its services to the next level using PathView Cloud. PathView Cloud’s superior monitoring, assessing and troubleshooting features have enabled Tier3 to better optimize their customers’ networks and drive business productivity. Stay tuned for upcoming partner announcements. Let us know if you are a managed services provider and would like to learn more about Powered by PathView.
